History of the Practice

Dr. Kenneth Locklear and Dr. Herman Chavis have been serving Red Springs and the surrounding communities in private practice, since 1982. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and staff focus on wellness, prevention and education. Together we work to ensure the highest level of service and care whatever your stage in life. Our staff is available to assist you with all your healthcare needs and concerns six days a week and we strive to provide you with same day appointments and walk-in availabilities.
